MySQL / MaxDB - Transition of

Dear List,

SAP and MySQL have decided that since MaxDB has been developed by SAP, we will in the next couple of months move the ongoing sales and marketing activities over to SAP. Beside this, MySQL and SAP are continuing to work together, but as was pointed out, SAP now sells and provides MaxDB.

The central entry to MaxDB in SAP Network is: www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/maxdb (here you can jump to Downloads and Forums, too)

Mailing list work will continue on the MaxDB forum in the SAP Network: http://forums.sdn.sap.com/forum.jspa?forumID=90&start=0 (The forum is located at 'Database & OS Platforms' -> 'MaxDB/liveCache')

You can download MaxDB from the SAP Network: http://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/sdn/downloads (select 'Technologies' and scroll to 'MaxDB.....' )
