RE: Trouble Installing MyODBC Connector

John - Thanks for your reply. Yes, I did click the Add button.

On the User DSN tab, I have three existing data sources: dBASE files, Excel Files, and MS Access Database. I click on the Add button and get the Create New Data Source dialog, with a list of about 20 drivers. The MyODBC driver is not listed in that list, even though I thought I successfully installed it.

When I installed the v5.0 driver, the following directory was created, which contains a half dozen files:

C:\Program Fiels\MySQL\MySQL Connector ODBC 5.0\

When I installed the v.3.51 connector, even though the installation says it was successful, a new directory for the driver files is not created (that I can find.) But either way, no MySQL drivers are showing up in the Create New Data Source dialog.

Thanks for your reply - if you have any other ideas, please feel free to throw them out there.

-Katherine
