ODBC System DSN problem (Mac OS X, Filemaker Pro)

When I open try to create a System DSN in ODBC Administrator the MySQL connection always ends up on the User DSN screen. In order for relationships to work in Filemaker Pro I need the DSN to show up on the System DSN screen. What can be going wrong here?
