RE: Missing files in Windows source distribution mysql-5.0.48-20070802-win-src.zip ?

I downloaded MySQL release 5.1 beta source code <mysql-5.1.20-beta>. I found that 5.1 source code package is a complete package with "win" subdirectory included.  

Either MySQL 5.0 online document has an error or MySQL 5.0 source code package misses some files.

and downloaded the latest MySQL 5.0 Windows source distribution mysql-5.0.48-20070802-win-src.zip  

Then I followed the instructions in "2.4.15.6.1. Building MySQL from Source Using CMake and Visual Studio". However, in the work directory, I cannot find win subdirectory and file win\build-vs8.bat. It appears that the entire "win" subdirectory is missing in Windows source distribution.
