One of the first things I did, and because it stops at some point during the
night, records are missed, so re-starting it causes foreign key errors. I
can't believe that this simply wont' work. I used replication between an XP
machine and a Windows 2003 server one time, and it worked well. In fact, I
had a hard time getting it stopped when I wanted to use the slave as a
master at one point. There's got to be a reason for this happening, and a
way to fix it. I can't monitor it constantly, and stop and re-start it
manually every 10 minutes. That just doesn't make any sense.
