Port 10061? I believe the 10061 is the MySQL error code. The default port of your MySQL installation is 3306.

make sure 3306 port is unblocked, or whatever port you are running on make sure the service is running
make sure you have the permissions set up correctly make sure you can connect from the command line c:> mysql -u root -p
