Can you post the CREATE TABLE command that starts at line 13/14 of the backup (no data, just the CREATE TABLE command in its entirety)? Even better, everything up through the end of the CREATE TABLE command (you can leave INSERT statements out, but I doubt there are any, as it appears to fail at the first DDL operation).
