Should a need arise to switch from 2.6.0 back to 2.5.3 after adding a field 'partition_tag' to SQL tables and adjusting the UNIQUE constraint with its index on table maddr, the following patch to 2.5.3 (or 2.5.2) is needed, otherwise a SELECT on maddr can be very slow in the absence of an index:
