If I cannot login as the root, and when I try to enter a username and password as to choose it for the first time, the installer returns a message "invalid username or password", then how do I proceed further ? (It is giving the option of the various login sessions i.e. GNOME, failsafe...to start). I am confused, is there any detailed installation guidelines available for Ubuntu 7.04 with graphical interface?
