[gutsy] cant login

For last few days, I cant login correctly into my Desktop. GDM starts, and I can enter my credencials, but after that I get an error message, and get redirect to a gnome-terminal console. If I do a #sudo /etc/init.d/gdm stop , and then do a #startx everything works fine. If I login in a fail-safe session of gnome, it will also work.

Any ideas?
