As others have said, we will need a lot more details about your connection to be able to help.

Here are some questions to guide you:

• where in the world are you?
• are you on modem dial-up, AOL, ADSL broadband, cable modem broadband or what?
• what sort of device do you use to connect?
• what did you formerly use to connect?
• how did you post this message?
• are you on a network or do you have other computers available that use the same connection?
