Sure! There are of course bugs to be found (and reported), but I've been using it daily for a month or so.

I just upgraded my ppc-based Mac Mini and X no longer works when I attach my monitor with a DVI cable, but other than that it's been fine.

run "update-manager -d" or "sudo do-release-upgrade -d"
