One useful way to extend the experiment might be to make the end-to-end DTN path longer by inserting one or two additional machines. This would enable you to explore more complex interruption scenarios, e.g., the links from A to B and from C to D are interrupted but the link from B to C is still intact, etc. We think we know what happens in that sort of scenario, but experimental confirmation would still be nice to have.
