I think it would be great to get some more folks working on this.

We have talked with Randy Wang somewhat regularly, but at least for the moment the actual software is different.

I personally think that writing the convergence layer will be much less time consuming than actually deploying the thing, measuring it, and showing the sorts of results you obtain. Is that a thing you are interested in doing?

(also, I am curious... where are you writing from?)
