filed on November 25, 2002, in the Superior Court of Spokane County
against Bonzi Software, Inc. Bonzi is among the world’s most prolific
issuers of internet advertising banners. Bonzi’s website has been
ranked as one of the most frequently visited websites in the world. In
case you are wondering Bonzi is the company responsible for those
irritating popup ads which say things like 'Your computer is
broadcasting an internet IP Address...' and 'Your internet connection
is not optimized ...'" The attacking lawyers [1]provide some samples of
the ads they say are misleading.

notion first. Hopefully, the author will follow up with the additional
promised articles that go into more technical detail but this is a good
place to start. I wonder if they still make card readers, too?" This

for the pictures.

UK Team to Study Rainmaking Machines

You have to have winds blowing towards a mountainous coastline, but the

3-D Movies Turn 50 ... Sort Of

November 26th, 1952, the film would be largely forgotten today if not
for the fact that it's generally regarded as the first full-length 3-D
movie, kicking off a burst of 3-D filmmaking which lasted into the
mid-'50s and which still takes place today, particularly in the adult
film industry and on the [4]IMAX circuit where this year's 43-minute
[5]'Space Station 3-D' has brought in about $33 million so far. 'Bwana
Devil' utilized the Polaroid method, which used two lenses filming, and
involved lightwaves passing in perpendicular planes to the other lens.
However, considering that a long string of 3-D films were made as far
back as 1922 using more primitive processes, the claim that 'Bwana
Devil' was first can be regarded as open to question. Either way,
Robert Stack, who starred in 'Bwana Devil,' is somewhat ambivalent
about his small part in movie history, saying 'I'm not sure it was
anything to be proud of. It's an honor like being the world's tallest
midget.'"

fees of about $20 annually if they play music in their car while a
customer is in the backseat. According to the article, 'Lauri Luotonen,
chairman of the Helsinki Taxi Drivers' Association, says the ruling is
likely to force most drivers to keep their radios off.'" This includes
if they play the radio, which ostensibly already pays such fees.
