net
>Environment:

	System      : OpenBSD 3.1 -current
	Architecture: OpenBSD.i386
	Machine     : i386

>Description:

	The command `fc [-e editor] [first [last]] should select commands from
	the history, and input them into the editor for editing. However,
	nothing is input.

	I tested this using ed, vi and vim as editors, without success. I also
	tried with and without a history file.

	The other aspects of fc <-l to list
	history, -r to repeat events> work as expected.

>How-To-Repeat:

	$ echo foo
	  foo
	$ history
	  1 echo foo
	$ fc -e ed 1

	  p
	  ?
	  q
	  echo foo
	  foo
