Crashed with cdrom umount -f (reproducable)

Hi,

I am using 3.2 generic kernel. The following commands are used to crash the system:

mkdir /mnt/cdrom
mount /dev/cd0a /mnt/cdrom
cd /mnt/cdrom
umount -f /mnt/cdrom
cd ..

After ENTER the system is killed. No linefeed is showing...

On the console the following messages appear:   uvm_fault(0xd6822ac4, 0x0, 0, 1) -> e
  kernel: page fault trap, code=0
