As the original submitter it seems to have fixed my situation.

The patch was smashed up from your mailer or from cut-n-paste, but the manual changes worked fine. (Did some cvs updates over the vlan interface from some other machines etc)

Tested on -current on i386, my lowly sparc64 will take a little longer to compile :)
