net
>Environment:

	System : OpenBSD 3.2
	Architecture: OpenBSD.i386
	Machine : i386

>Description:

I have a machine with an Intel 815 family chipset. It has an 82815E/82815EP type memory controller and an 82801BA (ICH2) I/O controller. It won't boot from the 3.2 install disk. Following is what shows on the screen:

---begin quote----
reading boot......
probing: pc0 com0 com1 apm mem[635k 126M a20=on] disk: fd0 hd0*
>How-To-Repeat:

Try to boot OpenBSD 3.2 install floppy on mentioned hardware.

>Fix:

none I know of

>Release-Note:
 >> OpenBSD/i386 BOOT 1.29
 boot>

 ---end quote---

At this point it simply freezes. I tried the floppy on other computers, where it worked fine, so it's not a faulty floppy. Obviously I am unable to do a dmesg in OpenBSD, but I have been able to do a dmesg in RedHat on the same machine, which I will atta ch here:
