	The APM driver does not work correctly on OpenBSD 3.3-beta.
	It successfully creates /dev/apm0, but always says
	"AC on, battery charge unknown." 

	I have not gotten APM to work on previous versions of OpenBSD,
	FreeBSD 4 and 5.  It does work with Window XP though.
