Tried it with various BIOS settings: no difference. Tried it without the network cards: no difference.

Checked out the kernel with the OPENBSD_3_3 tag and recompiled: works

Hmm..I did disable INET6 in the kernel, and commented out stuff I didn't need..network drivers, PCMCIA support. Weird. Something probably got repositioned in the kernel..or..who knows. Just happy it's working again.
