system/3273: unexpected phase change

System : OpenBSD 3.3 Architecture: OpenBSD.m68k Machine : mac68k >Description: Did a clean install of OpenBSD 3.3, using the regular kernel (not the sbc kernel) on a Mac IIvx. During the very first boot, when the filesystem is being mounted, it does an fsck. During the fsck, the error message "unexpected phase change" repeatedly occurs. The boot process never finishes, even after waiting for several hours. I also tried the sbs kernel, but system locked up even earlier in the boot process. From my experience, the regular, not the sbc kernel, works best with my configuration. >How-To-Repeat: Clean install of OpenBSD 3.3, using the regular kernel (not the sbc kernel) on a Mac IIvx. Run the booter. >Fix: Workaround is to use OpenBSD 3.2 instead of 3.3. >Release-Note:
