usb2 problem, GENERIC not booting

Hello folks.

I am running OpenBSD 3.3-RELEASE on some MAXDATA 19inch-Hardware. The computer is fairly new and the installation on wd0 hangs on booting the GENERIC kernel after the installation.

The installation process succeeds, no problem with that. After that:
Rebooting,
Boot Loader loads hd0a:/bsd (look at the attached output) initializes all the stuff and then freezes, related to the usb stuff.

It is related to the USB stuff because, after disabling USB Support in the AWARD Bios everything works fine. No Problems, Core Dumps and stuff.

For further Information: look at the attached dmesg output. The relevant usb-problem line:
uhci at pci0 dev 31 function 4 "Intel 82801BA USB2" rev 0x05

Is this a known bug (i can't find it)?

I can use one of the server for further hacking/debugging.

The USB Support on the other computers is disabled, they are production machines.

Do you need help?X

Thank you for your patience.
