 Quick review:
 Dell Latitude CPi R4000GT laptop, works fine when free-standing, but  needed to have pcibios disabled to get it to boot with docking station  attached.    

 Update:
 Problem still exists on 3.3-current, however, I have found an  acceptable work-around. If I use ukc> to enable pcibios and set the  flags to 0x2, it will now boot and seemingly operate fine, docked or  undocked.  

 I do not know if this qualifies as grounds for closing PR 2908, as  I do not think a hard lock is an appropriate response to the problem,  but it is a workaround worthy of note.  

 As before, machine is available for testing.
