    During kernel "make" on a freshly checked out source tree, the following error occurs:

    make: don't know how to make /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC/../../../../arch/i386/i386/swapgeneric.c. Stop in /usr/src/sys/arch/i386/compile/GENERIC.

    swapgeneric.c was removed from the tree two weeks ago.
