PR 3333 (telnetd does not report bad port)

The subject on this problem report is incorrect. The problem for telnet was fixed in revision 1.28 for /src/usr.bin/telnet/commands.c.

My request is to have a similar change made to 'whois' and possibly other programs where the "service not supported for ai_socktype" message is not at all helpful in figuring out what the problem is.
