window -Wall fixes

Hello,

i noticed that the /usr/bin/window program generates a good amount of error messages when comiling with -Wall. I fixed the warnings (at least tried to), the diffs can be found here: http://www.hexdump.de/window_Wall_diffs.tgz . Received on Sat Jul 5 21:15:23 2003
