You are compiling a -current kernel on a -release system. Because of a change of the executable format (a.out -> ELF), this is not supported.
Upgrade to a snapshot and then compile a -current kernel, or get the -stable source with cvs get -rOPENBSD_3_3 if that is what you meant to do.
