ikecfg Flag undocumented

It seems that the ikecfg flag is necessary in the phase 1 peer section in isakmpd.conf in order to use IKECFG-ID sections. The IKECFG-ID stuff is mentioned in isakmpd.conf(5) while the ikecfg flag itself is not.

I'd submit a patch but I'm not 100% sure of all the terminology. I do think at very least the following paragraph from the man page needs to be updated.

A comma-separated list of flags controlling the further handling of the ISAKMP SA. Currently there are no specific ISAKMP SA flags defined. Received on Wed Jul 16 21:00:13 2003
