patch in ports

while building things in ports i get this error   server:lsof {169} make install clean

these are the lines in  /usr/ports/infrastructure/mk/bsd.port.mk i think are doing it   341  PKG_SUFX?=              .tgz

   452  PATCH_DIST_ARGS?=       -z ${DISTORIG} -d ${WRKDIST} -E
${PATCH_DIST_STRIP}
   454  PATCH_ARGS?=    -d ${WRKDIST} -z ${PATCHORIG} --forward --quiet
-E ${PATCH_STRIP}
   455  PATCH_DIST_ARGS?=       -z ${DISTORIG} -d ${WRKDIST} --forward
--quiet -E ${PATCH_DIST_STRIP}
   465  UNZIP?= unzip

 unfortunately i dont know how to fix it
