Zope is great. We run several sites on it for more than a year now. I haven't had a problem using packages, ports, or installation on OpenBSD.

You might also look at the CMF (Content Management Framework) and Plone add-ons, as they give a customized portal, if that's what you're looking for.

The OpenBSD version, naturally, runs in the more secure Instance-Home method, meaning your database and content files reside separately than the server itself.
