kernel crash after applying patches from errata

Hi!
I'm running OpenBSD 3.2 on a server, hardware specs: Athlon XP 1800Mhz
Abit KX7-333R motherboard
DDRAM 256 MB 266 MHz
Primary master disk: Hard disk SAMSUNG SV0432D, 4112MB Primary slave: SAMSUNG, CD-ROM SC-148P, PS01 Secondary Master: Hard disk WDC WD307AA-00BAA0, 29333MB Secondary Slave: Hard disk WDC WD307AA-00BAA0, 2441MB

After I've applied patches from errata at <http://openbsd.org/errata.html>, I've started experiencing kernel crashes. I've built a GENERIC kernel.

The crash occurs on every reboot attempt (after rc.shutdown finishes) with 100% reproducability, and I've also experienced one crash while the system was working.

The crashes have a common signature:
_Debugger()
_panic()
_lockmgr()
_ufs_unlock()
_null_bypass()
_null_unlock()
_VOP_UNLOCK()
_vclean()
_vgonel()

I've made screenshots from the kernel debugger with my digital camera, you can see them here:
Crash during reboot:
<http://olo.office.altkom.com.pl/domowa/qa/openbsd/2002_11_08_reboot_crash/crash_on_reboot/thumbnails.html> Crash that occured once on a working system: <http://olo.office.altkom.com.pl/domowa/qa/openbsd/2002_11_08_reboot_crash/crash_during_work_01/thumbnails.html>

I've made trace and ps as advised in the debugger.

I'm also attaching my dmesg.

Best regards,
