Anyway to get 3.2 to run with an Adaptec 2940UW controller?

Well I seemed to have screwed the pooch and hosed my new install of OBSD 3.2 on my system that has an Adaptec 2940UW controller. This is a bit of a shock as the Adaptec controller worked fine with OBSD 3.1.

I got OBSD it installed via FTP and I thought I'd save time and install the source from the CDROM set. As soon as my system accessed the CDROM it crashed and I was staring at ddb prompt. I'm now stuck unable to boot the system as the system seems to crash during the fsck since the filesystems weren't unmounted cleanly because of my earlier crash.

Any suggestions or am I out of luck for now getting 3.2 installed on my system?
