Problem building -current

I'm attempting to upgrade 3.2 -stable to -current in order to test some scrub failings in PF. Unfortunately, make build keeps crashing in the same spot. Jolan was nice enough to point out that I was missing the notes in section 3.2 of the Meta-FAQ. After doing a pkg-delete on all relevant perl XS module pkg's, I'm still having the same problem.

I've also grabbed a fresh tree and re-tried twice, to no avail. This is the list of remaining packages. Do any of these appear to be XS? Is there something else I'm missing?

bash-2.05b-static GNU Bourne Again Shell

ntp-4.1.72p1       network time protocol implementation
ncftp-3.1.4 ftp replacement with advanced user interface
analog-5.24 extremely fast program for analysing WWW logfiles
screen-3.9.13      multi-screen window manager
mysql-client-3.23.49 multithreaded SQL database (client) mysql-server-3.23.49 multithreaded SQL database (server) libnet-1.0.2a raw IP packet construction library

./libnet.h -> ./libnet.ph
