cannot find manpage for 3c509 driver - how to specify "fullduplex " as mediaoption in hostname.if for this NIC ?

Hi,

serching the OpenBSD Manpages for "3c509" didn't give any results.

is it possible to "set" the ( this ) NIC to fullduplex via an "mediaopt" command in hostname.if ?
