And, pushing aside the fact that the obsd public dynamic IP confuses me, I can definitely see one problem: You try to Bridge between distinct IP Networks. That cannot work. To connect the two /25 nets, you need a router (or a bridge with nat, but that's asking for trouble). If you want to bridge between the two parts, they need to be in the same IP network.
