Not sure whether you just formatted it this way, but it makes it confusing.

Is this what you meant to write?

/etc/pf.conf:
nat on vr1 from 10.0.0.0/8 to any -> 192.168.0.1 pass in all
pass out all

nat.conf has been merged with pf.conf. mygate is still used if a gateway is needed; you just have to create it yourself (it's never created if a default gateway is not specified in the install, or so I recall).
