Mouse Problems in new 3.2 Install

Symptoms:

PS2 mouse jumps all over screen unpredictably, opens/closes windows and generally misbehaves.

xf86cfg lists mouse as wsmouse. Any info/sugestions to get it working correctly would be apreciated.

Hardware Info:
MSI 6340M mainboard
Via Chipset
(1)PS2 mouseport - Logitech Generic Optical Wheel Mouse (Problem
persists with generic 3 button ball mouse)
(1) PS2 Keyboard port

generic Nvidia TNT2-M64 w/32megs
AMD Athlon 950 TB 512 megs ram
Seagate 15 gig - APC Backups 350 Received on Fri Jan 17 19:06:37 2003
