Ditto here, after a cisco "advisory" claiming best practice was to force all the cisco ports to 100 full. Which of course breaks some hosts - later they did a "mea culpa, we should really fix our busted autoneg" - but at this point the damage had been done. Twits. Now we have the issue where hosts don't correctly detect 100 full, when the switch doesn't autoneg. We get into the habit of checking now.
