Use CVSup instead. Faster, more efficient ... You get the idea. I have really basic instructions on setting up OpenBSD w/ CVSup here:

(It's for setting up a transparent bridging firewall, but just look at the part for installing CVSup and editing /etc/cvs-supfile)
