yes it will, this is why you create pass rules to accomodate those things you need...

for most business use this is the only way to go, but for personal use, opening up the outbound completely is not a big deal.. but still a bit insecure

but as for right now, if you dont know what kind of trojan is installed or any connection information about it... this is your best route.. once you dispose of it, you can reopen that up... this shouldnt be a day long thing, this should take 15 mins max (though more like 15 seconds)

find the trojan, the ftp kit, and whatever else is on the windows box and dispose of it... and when you do that, disconnect it from the inet, so no one can make changes while yuo cleanse
