-current kde: no icons, no konqueror

Hi,

I have installed a snapshot from Apr 17 on i386 and these packages:

newhope:src {25} pkg_info |grep kde

kdelibs-3.1.1a     X11 toolkit, libraries
kdebase-3.1.1a     X11 toolkit, basic applications
kdenetwork-3.1.1   X11 toolkit, network applications
kde-i18n-ru-3.1    ru translations for kde3
kdeutils-3.1       X11 toolkit, utilities

kdeartwork-3.1.1 X11 toolkit, additional artwork

The KDE starts but no icons are visible and konqueror isn't working ("protocol not supported file", "protocol not supported http" and so on).

Is the reason the ongoing switch to ELF (I wonder how is it possible to switch everything so quickly?) or have I messed up my installation again?
