Why dont you use either spamcop or dhartmei's method?

Spamcop is free, and does an excellent job of reporting spam. They also have a RBL.

dhartmei also mentions bmf, which you could use in conjunction with procmail. There is also squirrelmail, which has a ton of mail filtering options. The options are manifest. To ask that everyone else send messages to abuse@ addresses is just silly.
