The autodetection of the disklabel did not work, the geometry values in your disklabel are nonsense. Edit the label with disklabel -e and fill in the correct values, or crate a correct protofile and write it to disk with disklabel -R.

Check if the following calculations are correct: sectors/track * tracks/cylinder = sectors/cylinder sectors/cylinder * cylinders = total sectors
