Look through your dmesg (either run dmesg or read /var/run/dmesg.boot). Mine has this:
sd0 at scsibus0 targ 5 lun 0: <IOMEGA, ZIP 100, J.03> SCSI2 0/direct removable
sd0: drive offline

Once you know it is sd0, you can use disklabel. Last time i disklabel'd a msdos formatted zip disk, the msdos partition was i, so i used sd0i like this:
  mount -t msdos /dev/sd0i /mnt/zip
