    initial import of pear-Config-1.6
    --
    The Pear-Config package provides methods for manipulation configuration     information needed by PHP applications. Features include:     

• Creates configurations from scratch
• Parses and outputs different formats (XML, PHP, INI, Apache, etc)
• Edits existing configurations
• Converts configurations to other formats
• Allows manipulation of sections, comments, directives, etc
• Parses configurations into an XML tree structure
