just a ugly diffs for dillo

I have established dillo from ports. The browser works normally, only of the encoding koi8r is not friends at all. Enclosed the first diff correct this misunderstanding, the second diff adds FLAVOR koi8r

in Makefile of port. Probably, it to be useful to somebody, probably,
it can be commited...
Tested in OpenBSD 3.2 RELEASE.
