When I in Makefile of port add the following lines: .if ${FLAVOR:L:Mkoi8r}
CONFIGURE_ENV+= CFLAGS="-D__RUSSIAN__" .endif

That for want of to assembly of port (# env FLAVOR=koi8r make install) is lost optimization flag '-O2', therefore I used CFLAGS="-O2 -D__RUSSIAN__"

Simply I am not sure, that this elegant solution, but I expect to commit, because it works.
