[PINE OpenBSD port] pine of OpenBSD 3.2 hangs w/o kerberosV

Hello,

We just realized that when KerberosV has no /etc/krb5.conf configuration file, pine hangs at startup.

As most people don't use KerberosV it would be wiser to disable kerberosV in the default flavor, or (better) to find a way to detect this absence of configuration file.

version affected:
 pine-4.44 on sparc and i386 (stock OpenBSD 3.2 packages)  pine-4.50 on sparc and i386 (from -CURRENT)
