[NEW] mod_jk-1.2.2

Attached please find a new port for consideration.

Changed since the RFC version:
1) Updated to version 1.2.2. (Version 1.2.2 includes the OpenBSD patches from
the RFC version, so no patches are required now.) 2) Revised README.OpenBSD
3) Other minor change to Makefile, PLIST, etc.

Please test and provide feedback. This is my first port and I'm looking for feedback (even if not committed). I'd like to know if I got this right and if it could be improved.
